Peter with his son, Daniel
Peter Eash-Scott lives in Lancaster, PA, with his wife, Rachel and son, Daniel. His days include: doing lots of laundry; walking around town to the park, the farmer's market, the playground, and the library; watching Mr. Roger's Neighborhood every weekday at 12:30; making up Winnie-The-Pooh stories; cooking and baking.

Previous to as well as during his domestic lifestyle, Peter has worked in the areas of media, theatre, and the church. Here's a run-down of some of the highlights:
- Graduated in 1999 from Goshen College with a B.A. in Communication, minor in theatre. During college:
- wrote and acted in a touring drama worship team, 95-96
- spent a summer in the Ministry Inquiry Program, interning at a church in Ohio
- had large roles in 4 main stage productions and numerous one acts (received Irene Ryan nomination in the American Collegiate Theater Festival, 2000)
- Videographer on "Shroud for a Journey," a documentary on the life of Clayton Kratz (2000)
- Free-lance web designer, 2000-2001
- Acted in several plays in the Pittsburgh Area (2000-2003)
- Intern at Pittsburgh Mennonite Church, then Interim Pastor (2002-2004)
- created several sermons on DVD
- wrote and directed a film based on Mark 5: 21-43
- walked from Pittsburgh to Washington, DC on a Peace Walk: a call for peace in our world, our countries, our communities, our homes, and our hearts (Fall, 2002)
- Board-member of Union Project, an organization reclaiming an abandoned church to become a center for artists, community builders, and faith-based groups (2003-2004)
- Led weekend retreat for Allegheny Mennonite Conference youth on "A Christian View of the Media" (2004)
- Documentary work on post-WWII Mennonite relief work in Germany (2005-2006)
- Currently an active member at East Chestnut Street Mennonite Church
